Noodles are known to be one of the simplest and easy to fix meals, this makes them popular among young adults and children. Because it requires little cooking skills this makes it the quickest go-to food for busy people. Because it’s easy to make does not mean there are no poorly prepared noodles (trust me I’ve eaten some noodles that was not well prepared before). So today I will be taking you through the process of how I make my noodles, how I’m sure you will want it prepared for your eating pleasure (winks). Don’t worry it’s not complicated at all and it doesn’t even involve any frying process. It is a simple way of making delicious Nigerian noodles using vegetables and herbs like (scent leaves, basil leaves and curry leaves)

2packets of noodles
2 sausages (chopped)
1 medium Carrot (chopped)
5 stalks of Curry leaves (chopped)
5 stalks Scent leaves (chopped)
Basil leaves (chopped)
1 small red bell pepper (chopped)
1 small green bell pepper (chopped)
Cabbage(chopped)
Fresh red pepper (chopped or blended)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
Let’s begin cooking
1. Chop your vegetables and herbs and set them aside.

2. Place your cooking pan on the heat, pour a cup of water into the cooking pan and allow to boil for about 2mintes then add the spices that come with noodles and 1teaspoon of vegetable oil.

3. Add your noodles as it is boiling and immediately add the chopped sausages, onion, fresh pepper and carrots then cover your pan and cook for 2 minutes

Add your green&red bell pepper, cabbage, and herbs then stir very well and allow to simmer for another 1-2minutes. (Depending on how soft you like your noodles).

Turn off heat and serve hot with a soft drink.
