Since we’re still in merriment period, lets try out something simple today. So let’s try out something more exciting with apples .  All you need to do is to get your apples and blender and boom! a healthy drink is made.

Apple contains several health benefits which include vitamin C and A, detoxification of the body, improves heart health and it also improves the respiratory health and others.

Ingredients

4 Apples

Honey/sugar (optional)

Water

Instructions

  • Rinse and place your apple on the cutting board, cut out the cores and seeds and cut the apple into pieces.(Any size suitable for blending)

  • Put the cut pieces into the blender, add cold water and blend the apples on a high speed for about 45 to 50seconds .Make sure it’s well blended.

  • Drain the apple puree using a sieve.

Place the sieve on a bowl then pour or scoop into the sieve and drain out the juice. You can add honey or sugar to enhance the taste if you like.

And finally your apple juice is ready to be served or store in a refrigerator and use within a week.

This is just suitable for the season. Make sure you grab a glass of apple juice.
