Easiest Homemade Pizza

Today, I have the easiest homemade pizza recipe that will satisfy your taste buds with joy. Whether you’re a pizza lover or just looking for a fun and delicious meal to prepare, this recipe is for you. With a crispy crust, flavorful tomato sauce,  mozzarella cheese, and your favourite toppings, this homemade pizza will have you screaming “More!” in no time. So, let’s roll up our sleeves, put on our apron, and get ready to create a delicious  homemade pizza.

Ingredients:
– Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
– Tomato sauce
– Mozzarella cheese
– Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, meats etc.)
– Olive oil
– Seasonings (Pepper flakes, garlic powder, oregano etc. )

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
5. Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
6. Add your favourite toppings, distributing them evenly across the pizza.
7. Drizzle a little olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with seasonings.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

To make the pizza dough, you’ll need the following ingredients:

– 1 ½ cups warm water
– 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation of the dough

  •  In a bowl, mix together warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, olive oil, and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  •  Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel or napkin and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
  • Punch down the dough to release any air bubbles that may have formed during the rising process.
  • On a floured surface, divide the dough into the desired number of pizza crusts. You can make small or large size pizza.
  • Roll out each portion of dough into your desired thickness. Remember to flour your rolling pin and surface to avoid sticking.
  •  Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Add your favorite pizza toppings such as tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables, meats, and lots more. Just have fun with it by making it your own.
  • Once your pizza is topped, carefully place it in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
